Discover how to harness the power of reading and writing to connect more deeply with the mystery of being. Dan Ryan, a hypnotherapist specializing in past life regression, and Jeff Greenberg, a transpersonal psychotherapist, will guide you on an experience that includes a mix of meditation, visualization, discussion, reading, and writing.

This 2-hour workshop will provide you the opportunity to connect more deeply with the literature that has changed you and give you tools to identify the texts and practices that can further enrich your path.

Daniel Ryan (he/him) offers hypnosis and regression therapy to individuals and groups all over the world. He has maintained full-time private practice since 2012 based in New York City where he is currently attending Columbia University and pursuing a Master of Science in Narrative Medicine. He has received board certifications in hypnotherapy, regression therapy, and neuro-linguistic psychology. He studied and trained in various techniques of meditation at the School of Practical Philosophy from 2007 to 2014. Daniel received his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in writing and literature, from Emerson College. As a second-generation practitioner, Daniel has a unique story. Hypnosis and past life regression are his family business. 

Jeff Greenberg (he/him) is a transpersonal mental health counselor, group facilitator, meditator, poet, father, and book lover. In his work, he draws from a wide range of psychological methods, dynamic therapeutic models, practical knowledge, spiritual sources, and insights from literature. He studied philosophy and international relations at Tufts University, macroeconomics at Columbia University, and mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling at Naropa University. He is currently in Naropa’s psychedelic-assisted therapy training certification program. He previously worked for over a decade as a macroeconomist. He currently works with individuals and groups to help them experience more joy, embodiment, connection, and wholeness.
